As part of the preparation for a software platform upgrade we need to upgrade the software managing network interfaces.
During the upgrade we will shutdown all traffic to a single site (DC), upgrade, test and activate the site. Once the site has been confirmed stable, we will perform the same steps on the primary site.
Expected impact for customers: Sip registrations will fail over to alternate DC's. No impact for incoming or outgoing calls
We advise our customers to verify and monitor their connectivity and sip registrations after the maintenance is done.
