To ensure safety and stability of our network infrastructure, we will be performing an upgrade of our voice firewall cluster(s). During the maintenance phase, we will be switching multiple times between primary and failover instances across multiple datacenters.

We expect no impact to new or ongoing calls during this maintenance.
