[3CX] Platform Update to V20 Update 9

We will be updating our 3CX servers to V20 Update 9.

This release brings a redesigned Web Client and dialer, smarter AI assistants, Grok-based transcription, expanded call queue management, and a new SIP provider template builder, along with general stability and security improvements.

What to expect:
During the maintenance window, you may experience:

Brief interruptions to telephony services
Temporary call routing delays
Brief unavailability of the 3CX Web Client and management console

Impact:
We expect minimal disruption overall. Services will be updated in sequence, so downtime per server should be short. Since the window falls outside regular business hours, customer impact is expected to be low.
