[Platform upgrade] Software upgrade of core infrastructure

We will be performing a new attempt to upgrade a core part of our infrastructure. We will be performing a software upgrade on our hypervisor platform during this time. Previous attempt was abandoned due to unforeseen impact on calls and registrations.
We have taken additional countermeasures to prevent impact to calls and registrations.

As such, no impact to new calls, ongoing calls or anything related to call handling is expected.

Impacted functionality:
As a precaution we will disable CDR processing services.
Update notifications, Call reports and anything related to call status events is disabled during the maintenance window. Events will be processed after the maintenance has been executed.
